The hotel is located in the heart of Shinjuku and Kabukicho, offering a great base for exploring the area with plenty of food and shopping options nearby. The rooms, while spacious, are a bit old and could use some cleaning. The service provided by the friendly and helpful staff was a standout during my stay.

7.2/10

The hotel is located right in the heart of Shinjuku and Kabukicho, making it convenient for food and shopping; however, it can be challenging for taxis to drop you at the hotel due to pedestrian-only streets. The rooms, although practical, had a processing smell that disturbed my sleep at night. The service was friendly, but they offered a choice between searching for a lost key card or paying for a replacement. The dining options saved me money compared to other places, yet having the same items every day was a bit of a turn-off. The hotel had plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, including a newly opened cinema, but safety might be a concern for solo female travelers.

The hotel offers reasonably priced rooms that are nice but small with two 3ft single beds; however, no free bottles of water after the first day. The service is friendly with some language challenges but help is available. The location is right in the heart of Shinjuku and Kabukicho, great for food and shopping, though it can get noisy at night. The dining experience is good value for money, serving warm, simple meals. Overall, a decent option for the price compared to other hotels in the area.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms, though small, were just what we needed with nice comfy beds and lovely bathroom facilities. The range of toiletries provided was a nice touch, and the room had a pleasant smell after being processed. The location was excellent, right in the heart of Shinjuku and Kabukicho, making it convenient for food and shopping. The service was exceptional, with the staff being very helpful and friendly, and even baking fresh pastries on-site. However, getting dropped off by taxis near the hotel can be a bit tricky due to pedestrian-only streets, and the lively atmosphere at night might not be suitable for everyone.

The hotel is situated in the bustling Kabukicho area, with plenty of food options nearby. The rooms, though small, were just right for my needs, featuring a decent mini fridge and a coffee/tea set. The staff, while friendly and helpful, seemed to struggle with English communication.
